Network Marketing companies are quite fascinating but of course like any endeavor not everyone succeeds. It looks easy, but nothing good in life is easy, you have to really concentrate on it and listen. You have to follow the plan, maintain integrity and understand human nature. At some point you must move on when certain down line members refuse to carry their own weight or put in. After all you only get out what you put in and that is a universal fact in any human activity or organization. There is a reason why not everyone succeeds in network marketing. Wouldn’t that be wonderful? No, actually it wouldn’t and let me tell you why. You see if everyone succeeded and made diamond then that would be rewarding people who do not put in and try their best. It would be rewarding slackers. It would be promoting laziness, which refused to put in the hours, do the meetings and build the team. It would in fact mean signing up more people who were un-deserving and did not participate. This would mean a weak team. And like a weak foundation, which supports a beautiful block wall, it would eventually collapse and it would fall, that means you would end up like Humpty Dumpty and even all the Kings, Diamonds and Emeralds in World could not put the entire team back together again.
So if you ask; What if Everyone In Network Marketing Made Diamond? The answer is because it wouldn’t work if they did. Think on this.
